Nationwide Signing
Nationwide Signing just called me for a closing. They have a lot of nerve. Charlie Camenzind is owner of Nationwide. I can't believe this bum is still operating. About a year ago, I did a signing for them. It took me forever to collect. I argued with Charlie constantly. I thought I never would collect. Finally I did. I guess he got tired of me harrassing him. I don't understand why he is still in business, because I know he is not paying notaries.

I'm not having any trouble w/them
It seems you have to send a W-9 with every invoice, but once I discovered that, I haven't had any trouble with payments. Payments are under 30 days per my records.

Re: I'm not having any trouble w/them
I'm sorry, but why in the world would you need to send a W-9 with each and every invoice? Makes no sense. I used to do a lot for Nationwide, but haven't been called since their fee reduced, they know my fee.

They always say "we need a W-9 to pay you"
Apparently, they hadn't kept the last few I sent them apparently, so now I have a note to send one again.
Also, they've met my fee without trouble, but it might just be a matter of how many people do they know in each area. Most companies think my fees are high. (I disagree, naturally).

It took me three months to get paid by Charlie. When I started asking about payment, he stopped responding. I finally filed a complaint with the Arizona BBB. I was unaware of his rep when I took the job. The only reason I got paid is because the BBB notified him of my complaint and he panicked. As it turns out, they can't help in that arena, but hwhole lotta blah blah about how he "must have sent it to the wrong address" and "we had to re-invoice this signing" garbage. At that time, I wasn't as active on reading Signing Central as I am now. My own fault. Never again.

Stupid smart phone. What I meant was, when the BBB got hold of him, he started calling. That's when the song and dance began.

I did receive a complaint from the BBB regarding payment for Priscilla Witman which was the first I ever heard. Apparently the check was mailed to a wrong address., which is a common mistake. Priscilla was paid in good faith because she never returned several calls in attempt to resolve the payment issue. My suggestion for everyone else is to respond to voice mails and emails when trying to resolve issues like this. We all make mistakes, and a wrong address is a simple fix with a little communication.

They Called earlier this month, after checking S/C I mentioned their poor record and she assured me they were getting things straighten out. I figured it was worth giving them a chance since the assignment was close and easy. I did the assignment on 10/6 Got a check on 10/11. Hopefully they can keep things turned around for the good.

I have worked with Nationwide Signing Services for over the past year and had no problems with assignments and getting paid. They gave me a work order with instructions on how to close the transaction and how to get paid on time. If you follow the instructions, you will have no problem with Nationwide Signings. It is all about following the instructions with Nationwide Signings as it is to every company.

If I knew who this was, I would be happy to add you to the DO-NOT-USE list. We are still in business and doing well, and we pay everyone who does a signing for us. How can you say, "I know he is not paying notaries", when you have been paid? Anyway, I would be happy to add your name to the DO-NOT-USE list if you tell me who you are?

Nationwide Signing
Good Company. After they replaced their office staff a year ago, Nationwide has been tops this year. They call ahead of time, and not the last minute. They pay quickly. They don’t require invoices and other hurdles many require. Very low maintenance, as opposed to other companies. As of now, NREIS and others pay after 60 days officially without one apology.

I have worked with Charlie (Owner) of Nationwide Signing Services, LLC since he started it and have not had any issues at all with how he does business or pays me for signings that I do for them. I have done many signings for other signing companies and I have to say that Nationwide is the easiest to work with in all aspects from getting the signing done to getting paid.
