New Millennium Title Group is now WFG Lender Services

Some mixed reviews here...just got a call from them. Anyone have current input? G/B?U?
They are out of Plano TX. I'm mostly wondering about payment problems.

Good comments from me. I have perhaps 2 or 3 per month with NMT, and don't recall any problems. Good folks to work with. Thanks for info on the name change.

I spoke to them about that, and they are now requiring just the critical pages (HUD, 1st and laast page of the mortgage, etc.) I like NMT until the faxback thing, and am willing to give these new guys a try.

I love New Millennium. They have always paid in two weeks! As for faxbacks it's only about 12 pages or so. Depends on the lender they are working with though.

Okay I can't figure this out. When do you fax these back? When I do a signing, I finish it then take the package to FedEx or UPS and I'm done. Are you saying that when you finish, you go back home, fax the Docs then leave your home AGAIN to ship the Docs? THAT'S MORE than...it's only 12 pages to me.

I have done several for these guys. Easy for me, no fax backs depending on company, and they paid fairly and within 30 days. I will work for them again.

Have not worked for them since they started the faxback policy, except for one time, and they did not require faxbacks on that one signing.

The schedulers were great, good pay, docs always on time, fast pay.

I know I've asked this before. Are they still only paying

low fees? While I once loved to work with them under the original co., I had ceased working with them when the fees were lowered & requirements raised (faxbacks at no additional fee).
What's the current scoop on this?

Re: I know I've asked this before. Are they still only paying

I ask what the zip code is and tell then my fee for that zip area, get let me check and then get ok for fee.
