Not a happy camper printing docs tonight

There are 29 pages of the docs that print solid black the bottom 3 inches of the page. What a total waste of toner. Aggravates me to no end. I WILL be calling them in the am. Probably won't do any good cause the closing is at 10am. I have to print tonight. oh well. I'll remember this for the next time though.

Linda, I had that happen to me recentely..My pages were totally black..Toner was from a new source..Never again!

I had that happen also, about eleven pages. I switched over to me inkjet and it printed o.k. I'm just glad they weren't the pertinent Docs.

NO, It is NOT MY printer. The docs came to me that way

3 inches at the bottom of 29 pages is black. I sent an email to them last night but haven't heard back yet.

Oh My....that would really angre me because that

means they were in such a hurry they didn't even check their own Docs.
