Notary Protest Manual - Got an afternoon to waste?

I just ran across an amusing 25 chapter, 182 page manual about notary protests.

However, the word "tweaker" came to mind for some strange reason while I was reading through it...a stream of bizarre information.

People ask about this from time to time and do searches here for more info.

To them I would say: Read for amusement, and do not do this until you've talked to a competent lawyer.

This stuff is unbelievable... I'm not aware of any state that allows a notary to do what this guy is claiming we can do, and any notary who gets involved in something like this deserves to lose their commission...

I didn't go through the 25 chapters - he lost me completely at the point where he declared that we live under Maritime Law. What century is he living in???

Yeah...that Maritime Law silliness cracked me up.

Definitely a tweaker.

Smile

Just for the record, folks: I don't know or care what a notary protest is. I don't need to know. This was merely for entertainment.

Mike hit the nail on the head.

Boy, I seem to remember a former frequent poster/self-promoter here trying to sell us on notary protests being the next big revenue producer for us. So, maybe not so much after all?

If you are referring to me

I have NEVER encouraged a notary to do a protest and never would. I DO believe that notaries should know what legitimate protests are and how to use them so they don't get caught up in the nonsense described in this "manual", which is fraudulent. Instead, no one has taken my explanation of protests (as it appears at the bottom of Msg #33325) seriously even though I know what I'm talking about and my assertions have been approved by the governor's office as part of my approved curriculum.

Go scratch, Al.

Paranoid much? No I wasn't referring to you.

But hey, it gave you another opportunity to shamelessly plug yourself and your government approved curriculum for the umpteenth time.

By the way, didn't you take your toys and vow never to come back again (for the second time?).

He wasn't referring to you

There was someone (from CA, I believe) who said she was making big money doing something similar to this. I don't recall the details, but I do remember getting into a private discussion with her about the legitimacy of what she was doing. I don't think you were around at the time, but that's who Al was referring to.

Believe it or not, there ARE more than a few of us here who know what a legitimate notary protest is - and we knew that before you posted your explanation, so it's not your explanation we're not taking seriously...

Mike, I think that Alex was referring to a notary

from Washington State...but, that's not to say that a CA notary was not also doing it.
