They're good to work with, but completion process and billing are getting confusing and annoying. Example: call or fax one or two pages with completion info to one number, fax or email two other pages with same info in different format to another number, AND go online to update on their site. Also, some pay without invoice, while some require end-of-month invoice for work completed, or invoice for file numbers starting with a 1######r, but don't send invoice for files starting with 2######. Told ya it gets confusing and annoying!
