Anyone know of them? Can not find anything in Signing Central. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I personally have no experience with them. Google gave me a website in Irvine, CA which says they were founded in 2006.

I found it interesting myself that they have been around for so long and nothing about them in NotRot. They sounded professional and met my fee so I gave them a shot since the closing is for a local title co.

Just did one for them tonight. Last minute 8:00 call. Took like a dummy.
Tells me docs are ready, I make him say it 5 times. "Your sure the docs are ready?"
45 minutes later he calls to say HUDS in escrow.............Same ol crap, different company.
Finally get HUD and docs 9:30 to borrower 10:00. 153 pages, wonderful!
Now I wait to see if I ever get paid. I beleive the owners name is Raz. Nice guy, but he will tell you a line O crap if your as stupid as me!
