Signature Closers, Worthington, OH
Just called with an offer of $79 for edocs.
Their reasoning: They are receiving 3000 packages from this 1 source = quantity; they just can't pay my fee of $XXX for edocs as that's more than what their getting.

My question would be, since our fees are listed and you have access to that information, why are you calling me?
You will make the right decision, specially if they give you the 3000 packages, LOL.

Evidently they don't know how to run a business or, they figure they can get "a" notary - not necessarily one who knows what they are doing, but "a" notary who will accept lowball fees - and I am sure they will find them - but, when things get all screwed up enough times, maybe, just maybe, they will realize that whatever price they quoted to title is not feasible because they can't get "professionals" to do the job for them.

Worthington is a suburb of Columbus. They are thieves. I refused to work with them. Very rude.

Tell them you'll do it if they give you the 3,000
closings, at $79 each, to do at your leisure...
It might be worth it then...lol

Re: Tell them you'll do it if they give you the 3,000
Hey Yolanda,
This is Mark Fleming Jr., and I am the President of Signature Closers. First off, I wanted to apologize for such a poor experience and representation of our company to you. We have been in business since May of 2006 and I personally conduct many closings around Central Ohio so I understand the frustrations in our business and can understand yours.
I will definitely say that whomever insinuated or stated we have 3,000 closings from a particular client and need a very low rate was clearly not correct nor authorized in doing so and I will be reviewing this. However, I will say that it is very true that we establish relationships with solid closers around the country and that sometimes our price point may be based on a large volume from a particular client which leads to lower than the traditional closing fee in some cases. Our fee structure is not meant to be insulting, but rather our hope is that as we find new companies to do business with we can provide more opportunities for our closers, a one stop shop and reliable pay source, and other value-adds (personalized closer portal and more).
I believe if you take the time to ask around that the majority of the notary community speaks very highly of us, and I sincerely regret the experience you had with us. I certainly hope we can continue to improve our business for you and our clients as we recognize without closers we can't continue to be successful.
Please call or email me anytime and I hope to work with you in the future if given the opportunity. Please accept my apology and a commitment to do better next time!
Sincerely,
Mark Fleming Jr. President, Signature Closers LLC

Have to be careful and not mix this company up with Nations Signature Closers. This is not the same company. Pay fair, no hand holding, no fax backs and pay on time. This company is in Ohio and the other company is in Kansas City. Big difference!
