Teriel Closings

I have worked for them a long time. They always paid my fee within 30 days. I never had a problem until last week. Signing was completed on July 11. I talked to Scott Gereaux last week. He promsied to send the check out right away. I still have not received it. I will note this in SC.

They've always paid...just slowly. NIce guys and easy packages, but what good is that if you aren't getting paid?

I've only done one closing for them and held my breath for payment because of the rating in SC. Fortunately, I was paid in just a couple of weeks and didn't have to chase. They've called me a few times since then, but my schedule hasn't allowed me to accept.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting paid. It's just not right!
