Teriel Closings - Bad News

I completed 4 signings for Teriel Closings in June and have been trying to collect ever since. The last time I was able to reach anyone was in september. I got a reply email from Scott saying payment would be sent immediately. I have just reported them to the CO. Attorney General's office and the Denver BBB. I think it is important to report these deadbeat companies to the proper authorities, as well as on these sites. I would like to see them investigated.

Was the title company on your jobs Canyon Title? I did one job about a year ago for Teriel and was paid. Canyon Title was the TC on that job. I noticed that the address for Canyon and Teriel was the exact same, except for the suite number. That makes me think that Teriel could be an in-house signing service that Canyon Title is running. I don't know this to be a fact, but just a suspicion based on the addresses.

If it were me, I would contact the TC and ask for assistance.

Contact Kevin or PJ. They will see that you get paid. I called Kevin because I had received a check that was not signed. After calling him, they overnighted me a check which I received the next morning.
