The Notary Biz

I did a job for the Notary Biz on July 25, 2011. As of today, 10/25/2011, I have not been payed. I have tried to contact the company several times with no luck. Today I reached someone and when I asked to be payed I was told they were too busy and could not talk. When I stated that I was going to call the BBB I was immediately hung up on.

They have three years of one star post. The should have given you a clue. Hope you get paid.

Be aggressive with your collection techniques. Contact the title company on the job, verify the loan closed, and see if they can assist you in securing payment from Notary Biz. For good collection techniques, see messages from sue_pa:

You could also send a Demand letter..This outlines the steps that you will take to get full payment..It worked for me recentely!
