Anyone have recent valid contact info for UST Global?
I received inquiry from another notary who's having problems getting paid. He says phone and fax just ring and ring andgets no response to emails.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Just F Y I......I feel there is something that's just not right with this number/name. I have gotten at least six calls in the last two months from people identifying themselves as someone else but the caller ID shows UST Global. .....almost like they ( the companies ) had transferred their calls to UST Global.
I can't quit figure it out but beware!

I agreed to $85 for bi lingual job .....checked out fax ITS WAS GOOD and phones they answered and email all good!! AND then after the job it went bad .... and now no one picks up phone just voice mail and I leave messages no reply on emails no pay... no call back to me after leaving messages and fax does not go thru BOA syas they have the Docs I mailed and they did provide label .Do you have any contact info thanks not sure next step its my first year

Make sure they have your signed 1099. I had a payment issue because I did not have current 1099 and was paid right away after emailing it to them.

I recall them as being an outsourced entity. Calls come from a call center, they are not what you would call a signing service exactly. I have not worked for them, but have been called several times, but wouldn't meet my fee.

That's gotta be it because I've gotten calls from a known low paying company, turned them down and five minutes later get a call for the same assignment from UST Global!
