flex closing new way of doing business

How do you feel about the way Flex closing changed their way in accepting signings? The notaries who are taking these closings at such low rates need to do an accounting of how much they are making. Take into account, time, paper, ink, electricity, travel etc. When you accept a job of 140 plus sheets to download which is 280 sheets. at $70 dollars do you want to work for less than minimum wage? By the way Flex is slow on paying, 60 days on some deals and they send emails for jobs that have been done and when you call and leave a message good luck on getting a response in the 2 hrs.

Don't like it , so...

Unless they call me, and meet my fee, I guess I won't be working for them anymore. Nuff said!

Re: Don't like it , so...

I asked Flex to remove my name from their notary database in my area. $70 with edocs and fax backs is simply assanine and ridiculous. CORPORATE GREED!

Unfortunately Flex not only has low fees but it's very time consuming to get to the information on their website because of all the training videos that they are constantly making you watch. It's unfortunate they seem to have trouble finding good notaries, if they had luck, they might not have to put every little instruction out there via video form. The fax backs are also extreme as well. A few pages I can understand. Too much work involved and unfortunately you aren't compensated well for the work. I've never had a problem with payment as of yet.

Call me crazy but..

I kind of like Flex's new system...clean and easy. What I don't like are the low rates!!
BUT I can see that someone in my area does, no sooner does the email hit my email box and seconds later it is no longer available. I mean seconds!!

Haven't accepted one yet, I'm not going to ask that they drop me from their system, I'm just going post my regular fee on their system; I'm sure I'll stop getting the emails then.
