funny story
I was at a signing where the husband was purchasing the house next door that had been foreclosed on. His intentions were to fix it and rent it out. The wife had nothing to do with it or the paperwork, but she insisted on sitting there nagging away at the guy telling him he was never going to get it fixed, he was never going to make his money on it, and on and on and on. I was trying to ignore her as was the husband and finally he turned to her and said "If you don't stop it, I'm going to move into the place". She actually shut up for the remainder of the signing.
