Feel like I'm taking a risk with this one, last minute no docs and reviews are 50/50 and lot of late pay.

did one a week ago and drove 45 minutes one way and borrowers were not even there. ugh

Docs were very late

Appointment was 7pm and I did not get home till 11:30pm because of very late docs.. Borrowers were upset and wanted to do it another time.

It was scheduled for EOM but for one reason or another it did not happen. Now I just hope that Mr. Stratton stays true to his word.

I did a closing for him and got paid, took about 45 days but he did pay.
