They offered me a signing last month, I told them that NO because of their reputation on NotRot, he said I will pay you by paypal, I said no, because you could reverse the payment anytime you want.

Did a closing for them in March 2011....took 6 months to get the check! Hoping it won't bounce!! Do yourself a favor and don't book anything for Speedy!
