  Chicago Title
Chicago Title has owed me $500 for three months. Anyone have a name and address for a contact at Chicago Title? The one I have is not producing any results.
A good collection letter might help too.

Yes, Chicago Title is truly a title insurance company.

"Leigh Ann Hafner" <[e-mail address]> is in their corporate accounts payable department.
Most jobs should be paid direct from HUD proceeds by the local branch, but if there are complications that prevent payment with HUD funds Leigh Ann may have your invoices.

Chicago Title?? Or do you mean the SS that hired you?
That is bizarre. They have thousands of agents and subcontractors throughout the U.S. I've never had to deal with corporate before on any payment issues, they're on the up and up. But good luck!

The local office called and hired us and now they say payment will have to come from the Seattle office. I have been billing them for three months.

Oh ok, I see now. But I would still file a claim for protection. That's unfortunate.

Do you mean small claims for protection? Or do you have an address for accounts payable for Chicago Title? I am getting no where with the local Seattle office

I would file a claim against the local Seattle office. Let them go after their own parent company.
