Complaints, yes, but compliments too. N3 Notary.
I've seen a lot of negative things posted about N3 Notary, but I also think companies should be complimented when they do things correctly. I did one job for them, easy bus ride to the Boston PD HQ to notarize a good citizenship document for a single mother wishing to adopt a kid from Burundi (yes, I was impressed...). They were polite and professional and they paid me a week ahead of what they promised. It wasn't a lot of money, but a good first impression.

Re: was it a home loan?
The complaints seem to center around home loans, that's why I asked. I would think the comment section of signing central would be a better place for all to see, besides when someone hires you they are expected to pay without any "problems". IMO

IMO it's so simple to say "No, thank you." and move on...

Search for "N3". The complaints covered more than just home loans. Besides, I made it clear in my original message the job was not a loan signing.

Then you should have put your "compliment" in the comments section with the "others".
Yesterday I posted about a SS BECAUSE i couldn't do it in the "comments" section. However, I apologize for jumping the gun on N3 and will gladly post you glowing review in comments for you if you don't know how to.

Beware of this company. Their track record is well documented. Their employees are rude and abusive. They are the lowest of the lowballers. They have a solid history of nonpayment. I refuse to work for them yet they keep calling.

That's what "Signing Central" is for, you post the positive with the negative and that how they become 1 star or 5 star companies.
