Docs on the fly.

Any body ever did a closing for Doc's on the fly? I seem to be having a problem collecting payment from them. They avoid your calls, they told me the checks in the mail. Then they said they don't have my address.
Hows the check in the mail??????? Im not saying they won't pay and I haven't been paid yet but they make it very difficult to collect.

I had a problem with her paying me too. I had to give a threat email and then I was sent a check.

Their name tells the story. They are totaly incompetant. Then they give you every excuse in the book for not paying you. Don't give up, call the title company, the lender and then file a small claims action. These crooks need to be put out of business.
