Firma Signing Solutions/ Oceanside CA

Recently Firma Signing Solutions phoned to schedule a signing. I had seen on some of the forum discussions and had been told by some other agents that they were very hard to get a payment from. I was hesitant to take the assignment under those circumstances and told the caller that I was not sure and why. He assured me that he would personally guarantee that I would have payment mailed to me on the 15th of the month. I took the assignment and did in fact receive payment on the 17th of the month. I will have no qualms about taking their assignments now.

Glad you got paid. I accidentally accepted a signing from them because I did not catch the name of the company when they called. I chose the honorable thing to do and went through with the signing despite my better judgment. Sure enough, it has been almost 60 days and no check. Jim Figger told me the check had been mailed on 8/16. I checked on 8/30 and it had not been returned. The carrier pigeon must have gotten lost. Fool me once...
