First for me..

I had a closing today at a busy public library. I arrived early and found a quiet private room to conduct business. When I found the BOs they were sitting in the children's library at a childs table. I asked them if they wanted to come to the private room? They wanted to sign at the kids table..I sat in the little chairs and away we signed!

How great is that? Newport's Public Library has a fab

Kid's Room, and I've been lucky to do quite a few there over the years. Great spot to meet when Dad picks up at one school, and Mom snags the rug rats from day care - signsignsign - and away they go - off for din-din, then Dad's off to soccer practice, and Mom takes the littl'uns home.

I love that there are libraries with rooms where it's exactly impossible to expect silence, (and the lighting couldn't be more perfect.) =^..^=

Between being overweight and having bad knees, I probably wouldn't be able to sit down, nor get up from, those little kids chairs.

The signers had a 3 yr old..And they were entertaining him while signing. They said just hand us the documents and we are good to go. I like that no questions in and out in flash! I have arthritis in a hip and when I got up from the little chair it was a little painful..but I will live!

I am a professional I would never take kids to an appointment!!
