First week nothing scheduled in a very long time

Most of my work is scheduled almost a week ahead of time by a couple of TC's and I have nothing on the books for this week. I think April was the last time I had nothing scheduled. SS work has been dead for two months, TC's have been keeping me going for last 4-5 months.

I hope the foreclosure push in NJ is kill home values again. Rates are at all time low.

I have been dead in the water too on this side of the river...wonder what is going on. Had 1 closing today nothing else scheduled. I have been turning down the $60 closings from certian SS companies.
