Flex Closing Corp - Irvine, CA WOW watch out....low ballers

Found me on another site, asked me a whole lotta questions about how long was I notary, my loan experience, how many I've done...bla bla bla...

I've never heard of this company, so of course, while on the phone, I ran a quick search here (my nsa bible list), and noted that there were a few companies listed with similar names, but different numbers...so wasn't sure.

Anyway, I let her go on and on about how she can provide me volume, (red flag), bla bla bla, then, after I interupted her to ask what type of loan, and how much they offer, she proudly boasts...for a 1st =$70!

Really, a 1st purchase for $70 bucks?? WTH...uh no gracias!

Oh well, I'm sure my competition aka (Bob-Chicago) will have a blast picking up my left overs, like always!

I told them the same Shoshana, first they were paying 100.00 edocs with faxbacks but they kept me a few blocks from my house, then 90,80 and now I hear they offering 70.00 One time they wanted my notary friend to travel 30 miles with 4 borrowers Spanish Speaking, parents and sons; parents were in their late 70s, I told him to call them and ask for more or cancel.

They now send emails "offering $70.00 for refi's w/ fax backs"! I know someone takes these in the Tulsa,ok area b/c I get emails saying "filled no longer available". It seems to me it cost the notary money to do these jobs. Why fellow notaries?

Yea, same here...I did not even know I was in their system. When I emailed them back about taking me off their list...I have to go in and change my profile. Got an email today that was 30 miles one way. I sure wish I could tell my power company what I think their power is worth!!
