Global Notary
They called me about an hour ago, I have to say they were up front about everything 150 page package, 40-50 pages of fax backs and needed the signing down within a hour or so and the docs were ready. I asked what the fee was, that is when he told me the above I turned it down without even saying what I wanted. Hope the person who takes it makes good money.
The only fax backs I've done in last 10 months are purchase deals and Rikki.

I'd never agree to 40-50 faxbacks unless they paid extremely well....and I mean EXTREMELY!

I really like working with Global. They do require a little more hand-holding and lots of faxbacks, but they are pleasant and professional and will go out of their way to meet my fee. I've never had a bad experience with them. You know that when they say they will try to get it approved and will call you, they do just that. The faxbacks are generally all together in one general area of the pkg and are the typicals...notarized docs, HUD, TIL, RTC, Itemization, 1003, Note, DOT...I usually scanback and email instead of faxing and it may add a total of about 10-15 minutes to my work for the assignment. I think you should've given them a shot.

Pam I may of done it if my fee was approved ( they would of needed to get it since it was a SS ) I had just sat down to dinner with the family and just did not want to deal with a last minute deal.

I'm glad that you have a good relationship with them. I find just the opposite. They are a sister company to Nations Direct and operate in much the same manner. Lots of handholding, LOTS of faxbacks and very little $. Speaking of payment, you wait quite a while for it too - but they do pay. I personally don't find it worth the money (I've never gotten them to agree to my fee, which is a standard fee in my area and nothing outrageous).

What?? You mean you didn't accept???
But...but...but...they have a dozen notaries in the area who are doing them for $60 - and you'll be at the top of their list!!!
