HisHughness --
Anyone heard from or seen Hugh? Hasn't been on forum for about 5 days. Last time he was gone for a while, he'd been in hospital. Hope he's ok ....

He could be writing - he's been doing a lot of that. Or, as
I prefer to believe, he's taking Lucy the Chihuahua to Latin Dance classes after her Spanish lessons.
At least as of yesterday, he's his usual Royal Self.

Thanks, Chris!
Saw he posted an hour after I inquired. That's fine. So long as he's ok. I worry about all our Texan family ... with that heat and drought ....
Ok ... so I'm a big mother hen.

Been busy creating a blog
IIf you'd told me five years ago that I'd have a blog today, I would have immediately updated my Living Will and scheduled an appointment with my internist. Today, I not only know what one is, I actually have one.
On another subject. Lawyers tend to be procrastinators.
They are procrastinators because they also tend to be perfectionists As perfectionists, they don’t like to do anything wrong, so rather than risk that, they do nothing. I procrastinated over getting my commission renewed, so I went to the Texas Secretary of State’s office today to walk the application through.
Note to Texas notaries: It is not a compelling incentive for clerks in the Secretary of State’s office to offer them free notary services if they’ll just put your application on top of the stack to be processed. I got the impression it was much like trying to give a sandbox to a Bedouin.

LOL, Hugh. Trying to bribe a public official? hmmmmm? Sounds like something an attorney would do. LOL
