It's a $50 conspiracy day!!
3 calls today for closings next week. All three offered $50!! 1st was a 80 mile round trip quicken loan - 2nd - 75 mile round trip (they said only 30 pages) - 3rd - 35 mile round trip Quicken loan.
All three different companies - all three said "you are first notary called, we only pay the $50"
My counter offer - They travel to me, to my home office - no fax backs - guaranteed pay within 10 days - the only reponse to this was "we can not pay within 10 days." So I guess they moved on to the next notary.
I'm beginning to believe there is a conspiracy to only pay $50.
