Learned my lesson

I took on some modifications from Mortgagedocs.com to help me since I have put over $2,000 of work on my car.
Boy, will I not do that again. Too much work. You can't even talk to a live person on phone.
Don't want anyone pulling my ears about this. Just want others to know that it involves too much for what they pay.Borrowers don't even know what you are talking about. All the ones I took had to do with their modification not having beend one right in beginning.

I'm assuming these were re-applications and not the

final deals? I hate the applications and don't do them - too time consuming for the money and too much underhanded drama for my taste...

Not pulling ears..just MHO

Re: I'm assuming these were re-applications and not the

This is signing the same modification agreement. The get a letter in the mail saying that there was an error made the first time. The letter doesn't explain what the error was I guess. I know that they don't require notary certificate to be attached.

Is anyone else doing these? I know that I am not doing anymore but, just wondering.
