From their website, Tierney & Associates ....

"Are you a "Certified Real Estate Document" signer?"

What the heck is that? A fancy name for NSA??

Cari - LOL If it is, don't you think it ought to be worth at least $175-$200/job to the "Certified Real Estate Document" signers?

After all, getting "certified" costs money & time. Why would someone spend the extra time and money just to get the same fee, or less, than other NSA's that didn't? Also, wouldn't these companies that "insist" that the NSA's they use be "certified" expect that these "certified" signers would charge more for their services?

...just asking. Wink

"certified real estate document signer"?.....this "title" is

curious to me....and Moneyman, whether one is a "certified" NSA or not, it doesn't matter when it comes to one's fee. Everyone knows their worth, ergo price and they stick to it 'cause it works for them, you know....

What I'm thinking is perhaps this company wants to disassociate itself with that of an cnsa/nsa to gain a more affluent of clientele?

Wonder if this strategy is working?? Hmmm.
