This reminds me of that gal from Florida years ago, same crazy talk. It's amazing that her name totally escapes me now but I sure remember the havoc when she was having one of her "off moments".

Re: Enough with the personal attacks. Lets get back to what

this forum is all about, discussing the problems Notaries encounter.

Although we are all trained and passed state required tests, that can't prepare us for all the unusuall stiuations we encounter.

Enough allready. If you don't have something good to say, don't say anything at all.

I have probably been guilty also, but I will try to do better in the future.

I'm with you Buddy~ (NotaryMot/CA) if you have nothing nice to say, then keep it to yourself. Make your momma proud!

I, personally, have received nothing but good direction and kind help on this forum.

Okay, I've been holding back. This is the one and only time I'm going to do respond to this... Cheryl, regarding some of your statements regarding POAs, etc.? It's about respect for the law. As a Notary, you are not just a regular citizen fighting the powers that be. You're a public official with added responsibilities. You also took an OATH to obey the laws. If you want to change the laws, you are certainly entitled to try to do that. We have a system in place for that. Goodness knows that many CA notaries, myself included, wish some of our rules were different. The thing is, that doesn't excuse us from obeying them as they are now... and that includes all laws, even those not related to our notarial service.

I know that you don't appreciate people "checking in" to you --- but let's face it, you, yourself posted, just a few days ago a video wherein you outright refuse to honor a legal judgment against you. You said you had no respect for the court's decision... and called them evil and demonic, among other things. Is everybody really out to get you? No, they're not. That judgment was rendered against you because the court found that you were acting improperly.

As a public official, you should honor the law.

If, however, you don't honor the law and aren't willing to sustain it... then you need to resign your commission. Because I can tell you that, come time to renew your commission, yo may be denied when your background check shows the restraining orders. Now, if you feel those are unjust, you need to hire a competent attorney to handle your legal matters for you to get them resolved. Courts don't just issue those as a conspiracy.

You openly admit that you filed lawsuits as a joke, and that you're proud of some of this. NotRot won't let me post the link... but you have a blog entry entitled, "Reasons I Chose To Be a Vexatious Litigant" from July 23rd of this year.

In June, a court issued a judgment against you for nearly $600,000 -- $400,000 of it punitive. That's rather large punishment... that doesn't just happen because of "corrupt and rigged systems" who are against you. In your video from a few days ago you claim you have "no respect" for the court's decision and have no intention of paying the judgment.

http://youtu.be/gs5JNwDbEpg

Factual court records aren't considered defamation -- they are factual records. I think that video speaks for itself.

Don't get angry with me over pointing these things out. This is stuff that you posted on YOUR public blog for people to read, a blog wherein you constantly complain about people harassing you. If you don't want people knowing these things, don't post those blog entries and videos for everyone to see.

All John did was point out who you were. That's hardly harassment. The fact is that you clearly have more than one NotRot account, which is against the Terms of Use here. You have no respect for rules or legal decisions. Why, then, are you a Notary Public who has sworn to uphold the law? I really don't get it.

Please, everyone, hit the "Report" button

I didn't sign on for this kind of drivel.

You are one twisted puppy, and I hope that your posting privileges are revoked so that those of us who are professionals won't have to confront this nonsense again.

Ha! I was just about to do the same thing!

I also went through my own profile, the Michigan Notary Network profile, and the National NSA Network profile to make sure she isn't connected as one of my "friends."
