NOTARY PUBLIC BACKGROUND CHECK...anyone else

I tried clicking on my NPBC to see when my background check expires, and I don't get the link that shows that I'm verified, expiration date, etc....

I'm pretty sure this is small NotRot glitch, but is anyone else having this problem?
