No docs
Here it is 10:10 am and, no docs for my 10am closing. Borrowers still expecting me to come. I have emailed closer no answer no call back.
I find it really strange since they are always so good about at least letting me know.I think maybe someone went home on Friday evening and didn't send them through.

I'd have been allover them since Friday morning reminding them about the docs. I do hope you called the borrowers and explained the situation.

For Sat signings, I REQUIRE that I have them on Friday or its a no go. I've been burned too many times for Sat signings. I no longer will WAIT and see if I get them on Sat. More than once I have gotten up early, showered, dressed and ready to go and no docs. Then I sit around for a couple hours waiting and waiting. Never again for a Sat. Take control and demand it.

I was emailing since yesterday afternoon with no answer. they are usually good about getting docs out for Saturday.I finally got a hold of someone at title he told me that they would look into it on Monday. That there was some confusion in how the closer entered notes. I was just emailed by the first closer saying that I was canceled and, that another notary was sent out. I wonder if they double booked us.
Curious enough to call the borrowers and ask what happened but, know I can't do that.

What sorry excuse for a company was this so I never accept a job from them. That's just LOW to not even bother to tell you they got someone else.

Were you in touch with the borrowers this morning letting them know you didn't have docs? If so, and another notary had been sent out, I would think the borrowers would have told you someone else had called them about the closing.
