  One year experience required
Most of the companies I have signed up with are looking for 1 year of experience. Some of them won't take your information until that time. Ok, so if they won't give an individual a chance how do I get that 1 year of experience? Just wondering.

Usually by accepting jobs from lower paying, hand holding companies. The higher paying companies are generally looking for NSAs who will be able to do the required assignment with minimal, or no , supervision. Gotta learn to walk before you can fly. Not directed at you, but it is difficult to fly with the eagles when you work with a bunch of turkeys. Good luck

When buz was great that was easy to overcome however since the industry is so slow they have their pick of seasoned closing agents. Go visit your local title companies give them your buz cards.

Or ask that title company if you can work for them part time for a few months, that might make all the difference in the world.

Now that’s a GREAT question! However I think it better asked of the NNA, than members here, since they spend so much time and effort on getting people to buy their ‘how to’ material.
