Premier Signing Services, Columbus OH
Past due from last March (2011). No response to emails or phone calls. Miles, the salesman, just says send something to ap. Promises you action and it never happens. I am turning over to a collection agency and reporting to the Credit Bureau's.

I was just successful in getting paid from them if you are talking about Matthew T. Snipes/Premier Signing Service:
6760 Tussing Road Suite 100 Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 Accounting Inquiries: [e-mail address] Website: www.premiersigningservice.com
I found his information on the BBB and filed a complaint for which he responded. Evidently it was a case of my payment getting lost in the mail. However, I tried several times to call, and email using the accounting inquiries address above to no avail. My closing was from March as well. I also sent collection letters reporting to the three bureaus. Finally, I was able to get a response through the BBB. Otherwise he never called or spoke to me directly. If he had just communicated once; we both would have realized the check was never received. That is why I will never work for this company again, nor recommend them.
To answer the question of the individual below; I got them confused with Premier Lender Services...I guess it was a case of being busy, handling everything myself. I had thought I had done work for this company and had been paid before.....oh well it happens. Truthfully, signing services have a duty to the IC's they contract to support them from beginning to final payment. It is unfortunate that so many signing services fail in this respect.

I have been emailing about 4 unpaid invoices totaling $400. Someone called me yesterday wanting me to do another closing for them on Friday. I declined. The call said she would "tell the owner" and hung up.

I have been trying to collect for a closing from May. Matt, the owner, even sent me a lovely email a few weeks ago, here is a quote from Mr. Smites "We value everyone that does work for us and in no way will anyone at this company ever intentionally disregard a payment issue nor will they intentionally not pay someone." OBVIOUSLY on top of being a thieve, Mr. Matt Smites is a liar too! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Oops, he is a thief, not thieve....although as far as I'm concerned everyone at that company is a bunch of thieves in addition to a pack of liars. Stay away from them, they will drive you crazy with their nonsense such as still answering the phones and pretending like they actually care....uh huh

I have been trying to collect since June 3rd. Sent several emails calls and went to BBB. They haven't even responded to the BBB.
They do intentionally not pay!!
I am sure they think we will write them off but I don't intend to do it. I say bombard them with emails and drive them crazy!!!

They have apparently closed up shop. I filed a small claims suit last week and the certified mail service failed due to BUSINESS CLOSED according to the court web site. They sent me a check for $400 on October 17, but it wasn't signed. Repeated calls and emails accomplished nothing, so I sued. (the American way, right?) I am wondering if there is any other way to get the money. Any suggestions?
