Anyone familiar with this software? Having trouble opening docs sent by this...supposedly is a type of Microsoft Word but I can't read it or convert to another type of file. Any help appreciated. Already contacted the company that distributes it and only response was their client would have to tell me how to do it and they don't even know how. TIA
