Specialized Notary Service

Has anyone heard of these folks? I just received an email invitation to join their database.
I can't find anything on them in Signing Central or with the lovely Orange search button.

I'm with Buddy. I get regular e mails from NationwideNotaryRegistry, USA NotaryGuide, and LocateNotary to sign up for their great databases that are going to help me get all this fabulous business. All they are going to do is take my money with the fee they charge to sign up. No thank you. I'll stick with Notary Rotary.

I got the same email from Specialized Notary and I took and look and it's a free registration.

They are free and pay. $75-$100 company!
