Dodged a flake today using signing central. N-3 Signing called and left a message during a loan signing for a four star company ( I shut my cell off during a closing). When I got back to my office I looked them up on signing central before calling them back. One star with reviews that said they didn't deserve one star. Obviously I didn't call them back. I don't post often, but I am posting now to encourage other NSA's to use SC and help put these deadbeats out of business.
