Thanks for the wisdom on this board!
I just returned from a long weekend in Glenwood Springs, CO and we had a wonderful time. What a beautiful place. I am getting caught up this morning, in spite of catching a bit of a cold, and was reading some prior post threads.
The only way to make it in this business is to keep the power of the positive thought. It seems like some posts are opportunities to rant and rave, but for the most part the contribution here over and over has helped me in this business to stay on the cutting edge. The lending market is always going to be here. There is a lot of opportunity if we can stay positive and learn new ways of doing this business, who to work for and who not to work for.
Wishing you all a bountiful signing for the rest of the year.
(BTW, my brother is home from recuperating and doing great. What a blessing Ted is still here. Our mom brought the AMTRAK down from Oregon to be with him for a few weeks.)
