The search button shows info from last year only. They are the ones who are contacting me about Reverse Mortgages and I want to know what I am getting myself into. Thanks.

A good percentage of my RMC's that were with Wells Fargo are now going with 1st Reverse Mortgage USA. Began in 2003 merged with Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, Inc-top 25 (fwd.) lender in 25 states, 52 branches. 1st Reverse..went after selected Wells Rev. Mort. branches nationally.

Please let it be known that "The Notary Company" of Yuba City, Ca. (Northern California) has absolutely NO affiliation with "The Notary Company" in Lakeside California (Southern California). Therefore, please do not confuse them with our company.

I believe they specialize in "reverse mortgages" and so if you have any questions or issues with them, please contact them directly. We have received a few calls from notaries looking for payment on "reverse mortgage" closings they did for this southern california company.

My company is the only signing service listed in Signing Central with The Notary Company name where we have excellent feedback. Also, we always leave our contact info in all correspondence and listings which makes it easy for anyone to contact us. Lastly, our website is www.thenotarycompany.com. I know this may be confusing but please be aware that there's another company in Lakeside Ca. (Southern California) specializing in reverse mortgages doing business as "The Notary Company".
