Has anyone done business with this company? They are out of Florida (from what I can tell by the 727 prefix) Don't see anything in sc.

I have and they are quick to get documents to you, will meet your fee with a little bit of a push and pay within 15-25 days. I've only done two closings with them but I like them so far.

I've done work for them. They're organized, communicate well and pay fairly. Signing on August 15, received payment on August 29.

I worked for them yesterday, 9/16/11. If they pay like they seem to be organized, I will be very happy.
