What about those Flagstar E-Signings?!?!%*$#

Pulling my hair out...couldn't stay signed in, kept timing out. The borrower was getting hot under the collar, he had a dinner appointment he was 45 minutes late for...At one point, he threatened to file a lawsuit because he would be losing his rate if we didn't get this thing signed. It was 8pm at night....

Any one else have issues with this vendor?

What a way to top out of a 10-package signing day....I went home and watched the lightning storm for an hour with a glass of merlot and hit the hay absolutely exhausted. Glad most of my clients are nice people.

Sorry, Cheryl. That's exactly why I've back away

from e-signings completely. There are too many gliches & they are just too stressful from our end.
I've only ever had one or two that went as smoothly as they claim.

I did one last week, and it timed out about 10 times. The borrowers were pissed. And I hate that it has like 25 docs to review.
