Working as a Settlement Officer

I was solicited by a local title company to work as a Settlement Officer primarily soliciting my contacts and others for title business. I was asked how much I would expect per settlement I brought to the business but am unsure what the norm is. Anyone have any insight on this that can help me out? Thank you so much in advance.
