Just received a blast e-mail for field inspections - they've contacted me before to do jobs, which I've declined. I thought the fee was bad before!! Now they're offering $3/inspection..and they go on to say "All inspectors must have a Blackberry or Palm Treo phone (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon) in order to complete orders with our system. No other phone is acceptable. We can provide agents with the phone for a fee that can be obtained from your payment remittance" -

At $3/inspections, I'd love to know what "remittance" they're going to deduct the fee from!!

That reminds me of the old days when people lived on the land and worked the land. The landowner charged them so much money for living there they were never out of debt. Indentured Slaves I think it was called.

Re: sharecropping

And their will be those who have no idea of how much it cost to do business that will take it. 1st it would cost you all most $3 to start your car and back out of the driveway. 2nd, low ball company and they more than likely will NOT get around to paying you.
