jewish notary public
i wonder where i can find someone who is a jewish notary public to help me with a letter that i can get as proof i am jewish and have it signed by a person who is a either a notary public who could be a rabbi and works as a notary, i was told i can get a signed letter since a synagogue i go to does not have a rabbi only a visiting rabbi from out of town and i cant get a letter it is to help me with immigration to move to israel and need to have a letter to say i am involved in jewish community. for one year since 2010 and i am having a hard time, i should say a bad time trying to get it done, who can i find that can help me

Can you not find someone who is willing to
write a letter about your involvement in the Jewish Community? Then they would get THEIR signature notarized -
I don't think you need a Jewish notary but you DO need someone who is willing to swear or affirm that you are involved in the community.

What you need is your parents ketubah and your circumcision certificate. You also need to talk to the immigration people in Israel. They can help you.
