Actual modification agreements = OK; Applications = I won't touch; MD payment amount = OK, if borrower lives next door or within walking distance down the street.

In reference to loan modication everyone keeps stating its too much work for the pay but I have been unable to find out about the details of the work and what they expect from the notary that is considered too much work....for little pay. I have turned down one because of the distance but before I consider taking an assignment I would like to know what the work entails.
