My business is barely crawling along....very, very slow...Anyone else experiencing the same? Rates are low

Very slow for me too. Only 4 signings so far this week-pathetic! Also, too many calls to keep turning down from lowball companies requesting $10 field inspections and loan mods for $40.

Avg is way down only 1/ day this month last 4 months 3/ day

Rates still dropping so people who can are in the process or have done it already. Not sure how many more will jump at new record low rates.

Low rates or not ....

There is not much that is going to get through with the appraisals coming back like they are.

Just my personal observation, but most people that were not under water in my area that could refinance already have when we thought the rates would not get any lower than 4.8% Since then, those people are now under water ... The average house here is now worth 34% from the peak.

The only real estate activity here are repos.

Slow for me too. Monthly averages have been way down. Lowballers calling and "last minute emergency closings" that I am unable to cover.
