I get a call from a ss i've worked for many times before and they offer me $60. I ask who is the lending institution?
It's the one i've done many for in the past. Small package - refi- overnight - 30 to 40 pages. Local. I can do them in 30 minutes. 1 Notarization.
I'll do those all day long!!!!!

e-docs with a lot of pages and faxbacks. Now that's a different story

It is good you advertise that fact - if you will do one, you will do many. Word will spread and soon all packages will be this size (until you get them in your mailbox).

YIKES! I don't do anything for $60....chump change. . I don't even do modifications any more, such a waste of my time. If you keep yourself busy with these $60 signings, you won't have time for the bigger fish. Take your biz to the highest level. I let my competition take these, keeping my schedule open for the more meaningful and beneficial work.

I did an appt for $60 yesterday...

It was notarizing one QCD (and the Preliminary Change of Ownership Report, which doesn't need to be notarized, but she was adamant that we include that "just in case".) It took me about 15 minutes (plus *maybe* 25 min RT travel) because we were having a nice chat...
