Amortization Table

Do any of you actually print the amortization table and/or the appraisal when sending the package back to the lender? If so, why?

Depends on how they send them. If either or both are imbedded with the 100+ docs, they get printed twice. Then I pull them out and give the extra copies to the borrower. Too much a hassle to go through package especially before it's printed to exclude printing them. If they are separate attachments, I only print one copy of each, for borrowers.

Except on rare occasions, you will run across the anal lender who requires that the AmSked be signed, and occasionally, initialed.
