Atlas Title Agency

Okay, Atlas Title Agency is stealing my fee for a full closing and also a no sign which is a print and trip fee. Now I see he (Gregg Lucas, the owner) is listed on here as a basic member and a notary. Also on the other notary site. Is that just so he can see the comments that we write about what a low life scum bag he is? He isn't advertising as if he wants any work. How disappointing.

Looking @ SC why would you work for them? Not saying they shouldn't pay but geez did you read first?

No I did not. They caught me on the road. I did read it before the closing but felt it ethically wrong to decline almost 9 hours later. Next time I will throw my ethics and morals out the window. I do see now why they offered more when I turned down the first offer though. They had no intent on paying.

I like Anita did the exact same thing..Took one from this slime ball for the same reason on the road and EOM. He does not reply to emails, phone calls, faxes or demand letters..I have commented in SC!

Why not contact the lender/title let them know his non payment issues? You may not get your money but maybe they will use someone else in the future so no one else is burnt.
