Use the orange "Search" tab.
If you'll search DirectClosers and Direct Closers, you'll find 5 previous messages and 43 replies, all within the past couple of weeks. They should answer your questions. If you know more than what is there, please update us with a post. I've been trying to "Upgrade" my membership, but have not received confirmation of the charge I authorized to uprade and enter my zip codes served.
