Ever want to hug a lender?

I have a Quicken closing scheduled Friday, April 20.

I got the documents at 9:44 p.m. last night, a <week> early.

I do love Quicken loans.

[Of course, let's be realistic. At the very minimum, there will be one revision of the HUD between now and then, but I can live with that. And, naturally, I've got sense enough not to print until the day of the closing.]

I have 3 on Monday and docs for all of them already. I feel like I died and went to heaven. This is unusual.

I was assigned a Quicken loan last Wed for a next Saturday appt. I received docs 1 hr after I got the assignment.

I was able to uncheck my name to add my link but I am unable to change my alias name. I don't think there is a way to do that.

I got the assignment AND docs two weeks before the signing!

Got both on the 6th for signing on the 20th. They are from Quicken Loans and Title Source. All of my Quicken Loans have included Title Source, by far my most favorite lender and title company. Toether, they are GREAT!

Simple...

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, click on "Contact Us", and send Harry & Co. a request to change your forum alias. It might help to have a reason why you want to make the change, but I don't know if that's necessary. I had no problem changing mine after I moved from NY to TX.

Mike, just how often have you had to change your name? Was the Witness Protection Program any help? When you go back to New York, do you do so only under cover of darkness? Do you avoid the Jersey side of the Hudson?

Had one for Fri With them. The BO had 2 loans, but one was assigned to me and one to someone else. The BO wanted to do them both at the same time and called in to LO. I had a 50-50 chance of getting them both. I lost, but they said Sorry and gave me two for next week. One door closes and another opens. Hey whoever in SB.... congrates on the easy duel closing, probably about one Hr. 15 mins. for the pair, or less. Love them quicken loans!!!
