Was contacted a few months ago, as the original notary was not available and gave the scheduler my name & number.
My fee was accepted but only because they were in a bind. Payment was received in less than 20 days.

Thank you Alz. Would you work for them again??

If they continue to pay my fees in less than 20 days, then yes I would.
As a side note, the loan package was 167 pages large, 12 notarizations, and two BOs. Hopefully, this will assist you.

I was just called by them. They have a package they want me to sign with no notarizations. Just a prelim package for a loan. Christopher told me it was 53 pages, but it was 74 when it came over email. Looks just like a re-fi without the note, DOT. In addition there is a list of docs they want me to return with the packet, including bank statements from the borrowers, current paystubs, W-2's for 2 years, Homeowner's ins. info, and a copy of a SS card. Christoper says borrowers have these docs ready for me and I don't have to wait for them. We shall see....
